Hour of the Bees by Lindsay Eagar

hbThe Hour Of The Bees by Lindsay Eagar

I enjoyed this book a lot, but at the beginning it was very boring ( lets just say it had a slow start). The hour of the bees is about a girl, Carol, that has to go to her grandfathers, Serge (which she has never met before)to help her family move him into a old-folks home and sell the ranch he has lived on forever (literally). To pass the time carol “babysat” her grandfather and he would tell her story’s about his past, but they were so amazing that they couldn’t be true right? Overall I think this is a great book, with a lot of amazing descriptions , a pretty decent plot , and a good moral to the story.
